Who Built The Moon

£125.00 - £1,450.00

The concept behind the artwork was to create a comic style panel illustration that depicts every track from the seminal album in the running order as was found on the first UK pressing of the album. Lyrics from each track are also used to add to add weight to the artwork.

Noel Gallagher commissioned this piece a couple of years ago for his recording studio where it now hangs and his is currently the only one in existence, until now!

This album caused a bit of a stir amongst die hard Oasis/Noel fans on its release as it didn’t follow the same formula as his previous solo records. but working with the iconic producer David Holmes allowed Noel to explore different genres, influences and instrumentation. (Scissors anyone?) I loved researching this one and getting under the skin of the different tracks.

The 35 prints will be individually signed and numbered and will also have an Special Edition logo included to stand them apart from the other limited prints available.
